     Kathleen Eleanor Healy immigrated on 3 October 1906 to Port of New York, New York, sailing on the S. S. Caronia from Queenstown, Ireland on the 26th of April with her mother, her siblings: John, Margaret, Andrew, and Mary, and her paternal grandmother, Margaret Healey.20,21,2

Her grandmother, Margaret Lehan Healey, was also living with them.1 By 1912, records indicate that that she was living at 98 South Street, Waterbury, Connecticut, with her parents and siblings, John, Margaret, Mary, and Andrew.22 She was listed as Cathleen Healy on a passenger list on the S. S. Laconia sailing from Queenstown, Ireland, and arriving on 4 November 1912 at Port of New York, New York, with Mary Drohan, her mother, and Margaret Theresa Healy, her sister.23,24
     Kathleen Eleanor Healy appears as Kathleen Healey, age 14, in the census of 5 January 1920 at 80 Kelsey Street, Waterbury, Connecticut,in the household of Andrew John Healy as his daughter.2 Kathleen resided in 1920 at 80 Kelsey Street, Waterbury, Connecticut, The house was built by her father, Andrew, with the help of his son, John. It was a three family house located toward the top of a steep hill overlooking lower Baldwin Street with great panoramic views.2,25,26

     Kathleen Eleanor Healy was the maid of honor at the the marriage of Mark Anthony Whelan and Mary Dee, her cousin, in May 1941 at Manhattan, New York.28

The house numbers were changed by the city at some point from 80 Kelsey Street to the updated number of 102. She resided on Kelsey Street with her parents and sibling until their deaths.29,5,24
     Kathleen Eleanor Healy was an informant to the death of her brother, Andrew, on on 24 November 1993 at Medicare Pavilion, Waterbury, Connecticut.30,31,32 She was an informant to the death of Mae Healy, her sister, on 18 July 1995 at Waterbury.33,34,35,36
     Kathleen was a self-taught photographer who had a passion for photography and won numerous prizes for her photos. She was famous for taking hundreds of pictures of her nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews, close friends, and children of friends, as well as her relatives in Ireland. She had a vast cache of photographic equipment incuding state-of-the-art cameras, lenses, filters, lights and screens to get the best shot. If not for her, there would not be as many pictures as there are of her family when they were little. She was as expert as any professional photographer today.24
     Kathleen died on 3 October 1998 at Wolcott View Manor, Wolcott, Connecticut, at age 93.6,5,24 She was buried on 6 October 1998 at Calvary Cemetery, Waterbury, Connecticut.5,37,24
