     Frank P. Flanigan appears as Frank Flanigan Jr., age 13, in the census of 20 April 1930 at Cheshire, Connecticut,in the household of Nelson Flanigan as his grandson.2 Frank P. Flanigan died in 1938 at Connecticut. From Encephalitis from a horsefly bite. He went on vacation in Pennsylvania and was laughing about all the horseflies there. When he came back home, he felt sick and couldn't get up to go to work. During the bad hurricane of 1938, they rushed him to New Haven Hospital. Trees were down everywhere.4,3 He was buried in 1938 at Hillside Cemetery, Cheshire, Connecticut. He is buried next to his sisters Hazel and Doris and his parents.3
