     Thomas died on 15 January 1989 at 9 Harmon Street, White Plains, New York, at age 78; from arteriosclerosic heart disease.6,7,20,8 He was buried on 18 January 1989 at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Greenburg, New York.7,8
