     Thomas F. Phelan married Georgianna Mabel Bryan.13,14
     He began his career as a lineman with Connecticut Light & Power, and retired as the regional line clearance supervisor from Northeast Utilities in 1989.15
     Thomas and Georgianna resided at Wolcott, Connecticut, where they raised their family and actively contributed to the community throughout their lives.16,17
     Thomas was a member of the Knights of Columbus18 and was an active member of St. Pius X Church where he was on the founding committee for the building of this church at Wolcott, Connecticut.19
     Thomas F. Phelan died on 2 April 2015 at Salerno Bay Health and Rehabilitation Center, Stuart, Florida, at age 87 after a brief illness.20 He was buried on 17 April 2015 at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Watertown, Connecticut.21
